An AI layer on Odoo that suggests, and never decides.
RedXpider needed support tickets and source documents turned into reviewed, publish-ready knowledge, with AI doing the heavy reading and people keeping every decision. I built REGAI: a standalone governance, audit and AI-assistance system that sits beside their Odoo and talks to it only through an authenticated API.

The core idea
What the AI may do, and what it never may
Every AI output in REGAI is a suggestion attached to a record. A person accepts it, corrects it or rejects it, and that choice is written to an audit trail that cannot be edited afterwards.
The AI also checks its own drafts: it flags personal data, marketing claims and legal wording, and it checks that each statement is grounded in the evidence it was given. If the AI service is down, REGAI keeps working without it.

An Odoo module adds "Send to REGAI" to helpdesk tickets; approved drafts go back into Odoo Knowledge.

Text is extracted from attached PDF, Word and text files, so the AI reads the document itself.
